Windows Phone 8 Micro USB

Hello,
I don't know much about hardware but was wondering if someone knows if a micro USB port has video output? I would be interested in attempting an application that displays the Windows phone display on a PC.
If you can provide any pointers on starting such a application that would be appreciated.
The only application I know that does this currently is Nokia Beamer and that is using WiFi.
