Some of you may have noticed this effect when selecting text in the editor:

The thin white lines are caused by an unwanted interaction between Uniscribe and Cleartype, i.e. a bug in Windows. It's purely cosmetic, but if it worries you unduly you can switch off Cleartype.

The v6.00a IDE automatically disables Cleartype in the program editor, so this glitch is much reduced.
