New installation

I have just had to replace my computer and have downloaded and installed the trial copy of BBC4W.

How can I upgrade that please, I have looked for somewhere to enter my serial no but can't see anything obvious.

Hi JayCee,

My understanding is that Richard is not currently monitoring this site, so you might be better to contact him directly.

For what it's worth, I think you need to install using the original, full version, file that you got when you bought BB4W, and then update it with the "upgrade.exe" file from the website.
