BBC4W error

Hi,
When starting "C:\Program Files\BBC BASIC for Windows\bbcwin.exe" I get the following error:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000007b). Click to terminate the application.

I have tried to unistall BBC4W, rebooting the PC and re-installing, but I still get the same error code.
Any suggestions?

What other programs have you installed lately?

Try rolling back to an earlier Restore point and see if it still happens. There is a mention of Symantec SEM 11 doing this kind of thing. To which the answer was: Try uninstalling "Application and device control"
