Only that one field. The rest never blinks (or at least I haven't noticed so far). I tried maximizing the window, minimazing it and then restoring it, fiddling around with compatibility settings… no luck.
Interesting. The only thing that's different in that field compared with the rest is that the value is displayed right-justified (which is achieved by prefixing with two tab characters). Maybe there's something about your setup that doesn't like that.
I can't offer an immediate fix, but in the next release of BB4W I'll arrange that the 'program size' field is updated only when the size actually changes, which should hopefully solve it.
